The house looks just like the photos. It is very contemporary. The furniture, appliances, etc, were very high-end. We had our annual staff retreat there, and the space was perfect. When we arrived, the previous guest didn’t turn off the propane tank correctly, and it ran out almost immediately. The host came by very quickly and replaced it. The only suggestions we had, were that the towels in the bathrooms weren’t the same quality as the rest of the house, they were small and thin. We let the house know, and they said they would look into fixing it. Additionally, we prepared all of our meals while there, and the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, but was lacking in several kinds of necessary items to cook. There weren’t any dish towels, very few bowls to serve and no can opener. I let our host know, and he said he would look at their inventory and add items in. It’s a beautiful home, the space is wonderful, and it met our needs. I would recommend it to someone else.

Great Nashville Townhouse
Just as advertised. Unit was clean and like new. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. There’s a nice view of downtown from the rooftop gathering area. It appears this area of the city is being revitalized with these new townhouse developments. Host communication was excellent and check-in/out was a breeze. Parking is the only challenge as the description accurately points out. Our party traveled in one vehicle so we were able to park in the garage. Multiple vehicles would present a challenge. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this house for a family vacation. Lots of space and things to do. Great communication and very easy to check in and check out.

Simply one of the best places we have stayed! Stunning details!!
We are a family of 11 and there was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable!!! 12 minute drive to Old Town and Fashion district. Amazing shops and restaurants close by! We plan to stay here every time we are in Scottsdale!!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The location was perfect, and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, modern, updated, close to walking trails, close to parks, close to Old Town and airport. Nearby church with a Christmas Eve service we could walk to with candlelight service, cookies and welcoming . Plenty for the kids to do with the pool, hot tub, air hockey, ping pong, darts, a few games. HUGE refrigerator and freezer to accommodate storage of food, as well as a pantry. Provided a few extras like spices, laundry detergent, towels, pool towels, Great and prompt  response to our requests and questions. Easy to remember  door code using the last digits of our phone number. Plenty of TV’s, comfortable beds, storage closets, and bathrooms were spacious. Positive experience and would book there again. 
Only negative- the pool is in the shade most of the day. With heated water, our kids didn’t notice. But not much sun for us adults.

We had the most wonderful stay at this modern industrial Airbnb near Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe! The place was beautifully kept, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was well-stocked with all the necessities, making it feel like home right away. The layout was fantastic, especially the gorgeous backyard with a gas fire pit – a perfect spot for our group of 12 to gather, relax, and enjoy each other's company. There was plenty of seating, and we loved spending time out there. 

The game room was a great bonus, offering hours of fun for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking big breakfasts, which made mornings so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while celebrating our daughter’s graduation from ASU. 

Overall, this place was absolutely perfect for our family, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place which exceeded expectations. I loved the spacious double story ceilings and how clean the place was (looked brand new). I also liked that all the lights were on before we arrived  and the tv's were playing music which made the place feel so much more inviting. Overall the place was better than the photos and very walkable to old town. Hope to stay here again for my next trip!

I had an incredible stay at this stunning townhome in Nashville! The location is absolutely great for the price—just a quick 15-minute drive to downtown, making it super convenient to explore all the city’s highlights.

One of the best features of this property is the rooftop view. Watching the downtown skyline light up at night was awesome.

The interior of the townhome was in great shape, modern, and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet,.

The house is beautiful and very well managed.  We had everything we needed and the property manager was in constant contact to make sure everything was to our liking.

Location was perfect for evenings in Old Town Scottsdale.

Beautiful house and would highly recommend this house for larger groups. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Washrooms were functional and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Backyard was awesome (even though we hardly used it) and would be great to do BBQs. Only need I’d recommend is for the price you pay, they should have higher end amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) so would recommend that you bring your own instead of relying on the host.

This house was wonderful! Perfect location to Old town Scottsdale and lots of choices of restaurants.  Host was very responsive and quickly resolved any questions we had.  The stocked items in this house were excellent- most appreciated the dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, kitchen soap, paper towels and toilet paper!! Those items can add up a big grocery bill if needing to purchase them after traveling.  Would definitely stay here again for location and amenities

We had an amazing stay at this home. The home is gorgeous and even more spacious than in pictures. This home is ideal for bigger groups as there were several sets of double-size bunk beds and plenty of towels and extra linens. We enjoyed the spa and pool, and the host was very helpful when we had a question about pool heating. It was also very easy to arrange for an early check in. 

The location is great, about a 5 min or less uber to old town, but there was also plenty to do in walking distance. 

I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Honestly this place was amazing, from the layout of the property to how close it was from old town Scottsdale. So happy I chose it his place to host my bachelor party. Would absolutely recommend to anybody to come here. Was greeted with crumble cookies at the kitchen counter. Could not be more happier

Beautiful place and convenient location! This house was well designed, comfortable and met all the needs for our large party. The beds were comfortable, and it was easily walkable to downtown. The whole group loved the stay.

Such a beautiful property! Everything looked just like the pictures, but even more high quality and spacious in person. We had a group of 12 people that slept incredibly comfortably. The home was modern with all the updates and it almost seemed like the whole place was brand new. The pool area in the backyard was very nice and flowed well into the kitchen area of the house when you walked in. We celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was so much fun! Definitely a home meant for entertaining. The layout was open and we never felt cramped or crowded at all. Also great proximity to old town for all the restaurants and bars. The description says walking distance but we took Ubers every night since we were dressed up in heels. It was only a quick 5-10 minute drive anywhere we went. The host was incredibly responsive and made us feel very comfortable from booking to check out. We literally had everything we needed here and more! Would totally stay here again if the opportunity arises!

This was an awesome house and everything went very smoothly with booking, check-in, and check-out. The house itself was great for our group and had the perfect amount of space. The location was solid and it was very easy to get around town or wherever we needed to go with this property as the home base. We had such a fun time at this property. The location was great to downtown Scottsdale! The property manager was very attentive for any questions we had as well! It was a gorgeous house!

Golf Trip
Perfect for our group of 12 guys. Location was great and the host was terrific. It was a short walk to Old Town for the restaurants and bars. Ubers were very easy to get for transportation to the golf courses. Heated pool and spa were great to end the day. The place was clean and just as described. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Great stay for my own bachelor party
My first time in Scottsdale was awesome partly due to this amazing property. Large home that could accommodate our large party of 14. House had everything we needed, great location near old town, great pool, basic kitchen supplies. Host was available for any questions. Garage is filled with extra toys that provide constant entertainment. Would definitely recommend to others and would absolutely stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was great. Very cool location. Seems like a newer build perhaps, it wasn’t missing any essentials, but we did feel like it missed particular items for a lived in experience. We reached out, and they were very responsive and extremely helpful! They made sure we enjoyed our stay to the best of their ability and we truly appreciated their assistance. Someone stopped by to drop some items off and check on a couple things and then they were on their way. Everything was comfortable and we had tons of fun there. Additionally, it’s really nice they don’t make you do a massive to-do checklist for the clean up at checkout like some Airbnbs do when you’re already paying a cleaning fee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hosted a bachelorette party with 6 girls. More than enough space. Everything is very modern, comfortable, and sleek. The fridge was huge so perfect to make meals at the house. The bbq and outdoor space was great. The house is fantastic! The ceilings are extremely high and you feel like you are in a palace. The pool was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Uber to downtown was roughly 10-15 minutes.
